How we use your details
This page explains, in plain language, how Specialised Install Solutions uses information submitted through this website. It is a functional summary, not a formal legal privacy policy.
What we collect
Installer registrations: name, email, mobile, suburb/postcode, state, experience type and any notes you add. Booking enquiries: name, email, optional phone, postcode, whether you're a retailer/business or homeowner, installation type and details. We also record basic campaign information (such as the ad or link that brought you here and the page you landed on) and a one-way hashed network identifier used only to prevent spam.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry — for installers, to discuss your experience, goals and a possible training pathway; for bookings, to help with the next step for your installation. Campaign information helps us understand which channels are working.
Your consent
Each form asks you to agree to being contacted about that enquiry. Marketing updates are a separate, optional choice that is off by default. Submitting a form does not sign you up to anything else.
Who can see it
Submissions are stored securely and are not publicly readable. Only authorised SIS staff can access them. We don't sell your details or pass them to advertisers.
Changes or removal
You can ask SIS to update or delete your details, or withdraw consent, when we contact you about your enquiry.
